12yr seasoned doula here! These tools are easy to use an very versatile, I have used them with my mamas at the hospital and at their homebirths. Having these options makes me feel even more empowered and able to support my clients in unique ways and through multiple circumstances, my old and true tennis ball has always done the trick but these upgrades were needed for my birth bag and my mamas seem to love being able to have versatile relief options. Anyone seeking relief tools should grab this kit, the price is a steal for what you get

Saving grace

I ordered the kit in my late third trimester and used it through the end of pregnancy and through my freebirth. What a saving grace, the sling & cups were amazing for my back pain and my husband said he felt empowered having tools to reach for, he kept switching up between the massage balls and hammer, it was amazing and super relieving. I will say I wish the manual was laminated but am so grateful for the education within it regardless and I can laminate it myself. When my period arrives I plan to use these tools to support my menstrual pain because it was intense before this pregnancy. Thank you!
